Maintenance Technician
We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Schedule
Must be able to work any shift. This position operates on a 12-hour staggered rotating schedule, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment with minimal supervision
- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Complete basic welding and fabrication repairs
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Assist with equipment upgrades and continuous improvement projects
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and proper PPE requirements
- Document completed maintenance work
- Train and support new team members as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to safety and quality
