Oakbrook Corporation is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Part-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team at Brenwood Park Senior Apartments, a beautiful senior living community in Franklin, Wisconsin.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Complete daily resident work orders promptly and professionally
  • Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Assist with apartment turnovers to prepare homes for new residents
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
  • Maintain common areas, grounds, and building systems
  • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors when needed
  • Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance issues
  • Assist with seasonal property responsibilities, including snow removal and landscaping support
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and team members
  • Support Oakbrook's commitment to maintaining high-quality communities

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in quality workmanship. You enjoy troubleshooting issues, working independently, and interacting with residents in a respectful and professional manner.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience
  • Working knowledge of:
    • HVAC systems
    • Plumbing repairs
    • Electrical troubleshooting
    • Appliance repair
    • Painting and drywall repair
    • Carpentry and general building maintenance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently with limited supervision

Requirements
