We're hiring a Spray Technician to support turf, tree, and ornamental plant health through professional application of herbicides, fertilizers, and pesticides. You'll operate spray equipment, assess site needs, and help keep properties looking their best.

What You'll Do

  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides using truck-mounted and backpack equipment
  • Identify turf weeds, pests, and diseases and prescribe appropriate treatments
  • Maintain accurate application records and daily service logs
  • Operate and maintain your spray truck and equipment
  • Communicate respectfully with clients and represent the company professionally
  • Follow all safety protocols, PPE usage, and DOT/state compliance rules
  • Assist with snow removal or support other divisions in off-season

What You Bring

  • 1--3+ years of experience in lawn or plant health care (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (required)
  • State pesticide license (or willingness to obtain -- we provide training)
  • Ability to work independently and follow route schedules
  • Attention to detail, safety mindset, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50--70 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be CO3 Certified (Cat 3 applicators license)
