Essential Functions
- Sort Kanbans by location for efficient pulling of components
- Loading/unloading components racks following FIFO
- Inspect component packaging for damage
- Pull components and load AGV per kanban request
- Operate pack mules
- Log incoming and outgoing AGV times
- Sort and band supplier empty totes
- Change charcoal bins
- Assist in Physical Inventory
- Report out of components situation immediately
- Daily 5S responsibilities
- Complete Daily Forklift check sheet and report any issues
Job Dimensions (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities or KSAs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- It will also be expected that this activity will require Kaizen activity to improve efficiency
- Ability to quickly recognize problems
- Work in a team environment
- Must be able to read, write and understand English
Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirements
- High school diploma required
