Universal Banker - Frazee

We recently had an employee promoted internally to our main office, therefore we are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team at our Frazee location. At United Community Bank, our full-time Universal Banker position will provide you with an opportunity to interact and build connections with our customers on a daily basis. The successful candidate will:

• Provide excellent banking service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a solid understanding of our banking products and services
• Accurately and efficiently process customer transaction
• Perform personal banking services such as new account opening (checking, savings, IRA, HSA etc.)
• Maintain confidentiality with customer account information in accordance with United Community Bank's privacy policy
• Fully comply with company and departmental policies and regulations

High School diploma or equivalent required. Direct experience is not necessary, but previous customer service experience is a plus! This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a competitive salary and full benefits package.

This job requires skills needed in a typical office environment. This includes computer skills, communication skills, as well as utilization of office equipment. Must have the dexterity to count money. The ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information is highly desired.
