Machine Operator

Job Overview

We are hiring a Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will operate and monitor injection molding equipment used to manufacture quality plastic components. This role ensures machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and production targets are achieved safely and consistently.

Schedule: All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines throughout production runs
• Load raw materials and assist with machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure quality specifications are met
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make minor machine adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and promptly report issues to supervisors
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Support consistent production flow and meet daily production and output goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred; injection molding experience is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–50 lbs]
• Availability to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as required
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment
