Sonic Summary

The Software/Data Engineer will develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems based on documented requirements.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and testing software components for design adherence and documenting test results.
Candidates must have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and experience in designing and managing cloud infrastructure using Open Stack.
A strong background in Linux and Python is required, along with an understanding of IT management and operations.
The position typically requires several years of relevant experience, with a competitive salary offered based on qualifications.

Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements; and document test results.
Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the environment.
Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include the use of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) / Government Off-The-Shelf (GOTS in place of new development.
Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards.
Confer with users or system engineers.
Analyze usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas.

Possess TS/SCI clearance with polygraph (No CCAs).
Experience designing, deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using Open Stack and other comparable platforms
Strong Linux and Python background
Understanding of IT management and operations
