Team Supervisor (Overnights)

The Team Supervisor is responsible for the complete operations of the store when a more senior level manager is not present. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient productivity, quality execution and will make appropriate recommendations to the store management team regarding any store concern or opportunity. Where applicable, this position will assist the management team with managing the fuel offer. Principal Duties include ensuring exceptional customer service, responding to and resolving customer inquiries, facilitating flawless execution of flow between associates, customers, and orders, ensuring execution of safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and standards, providing direction, motivation, and coaching for associates during the shift, preparing and maintaining stock levels for food service items, communicating growth opportunities, recognizing associates, enforcing cash handling and accountability processes, administering vendor check-in, and maintaining store equipment and conditions. Essential functions include ability to work individually and in teams, excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work with little supervision, detail orientation, problem solving, leadership skills, physical ability to perform various tasks including lifting up to 35 lbs, and reliable transportation. Basic qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, ability to work 35-40 hours per week with flexible availability, preferred experience in leadership, training, sales building, expense management, food service menu planning, and store operations.
