Seeking a compassionate and dependable female CNA, CMT, or HHA with experience caring for individuals with dementia. The caregiver will provide companion care services for an elderly client with mild dementia, offering supervision, companionship, and assistance with community outings and daily activities.
Schedule:
- 12 hours per week
- Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
- 4 hours per day
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with outings such as grocery shopping and church attendance
- Monitoring safety and overall well-being
- Providing reminders and assistance with daily routines
- Encouraging social engagement and meaningful activities
- Light assistance as needed to support comfort and independence
Qualifications:
- Active CNA, CMT, or HHA certification preferred
- Experience working with seniors and individuals with dementia required
- Female caregiver preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
