Pay for candidate with no experience: starting at $16/hour.
Pay for experienced candidate: starting at $18/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Review, cost, and finalize vehicle deals accurately and timely
- Reconcile deals to supporting documentation and funding schedules
- Monitor CIT (Contracts in Transit) and assist with follow-up on outstanding funding
- Post accounting transactions and journal entries as needed
- Reconcile general ledger schedules to assist with month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer requirements, and internal controls
- Collaborate with Sales, F&I, and Management to resolve discrepancies
- Support audit preparation and financial reporting processes
Qualifications
- Previous accounting/dealership experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Highly organized with eagerness to improve
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Work with all levels of employees
