Position Overview:
Roggenart is an authentic European Bakery seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team. If you're friendly, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
Provide product knowledge and assist with customer inquiries
Preparing and serving beverages utilizing an espresso machine
Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
Share information about current specials and seasonal offerings
Replenish and organize bakery items and displays
Keep the front-of-house area clean and welcoming
Collaborate with team members to meet daily service and sales goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or food retail preferred
Must be available to work weekends
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High energy and a positive, proactive attitude
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and conduct
Comfortable with basic math and using a POS system
