Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Coordinator to drive strategic growth and expand our reach. This role will be pivotal in developing relationships, building partnerships, and bringing in new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, strong networking skills, and the ability to identify and convert opportunities into revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and close new client opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and other law firms.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align client acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement a business development plan to support long-term growth objectives.
  • Attend and represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and business forums.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine our approach.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to forecast sales and set business development goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and referral sources.
  • Explore opportunities for cross-selling and expanding services for existing clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (JD or legal background a plus but not required).
  • 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in a professional services or legal setting.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and securing new clients.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
