CRNA to join the Maryland implementation team supporting various NAPA sites across the Mid Atlantic region (MD/ PA/ NJ) as a full time, W2 employee. North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is offering the unique and lucrative travel opportunity for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists on our Implementation Team to travel to various facilities throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. Total Rewards
Salary: $325K
Sign on Incentive: $75K
Up to $50 per work day for food

Travel Reimbursements

Mileage to and from home to hotel/ Lodging reimbursed up to $139/night (May increase rate based on location, with approval)

Case Assignments 
• Diverse case mix.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Hold a current/valid unrestricted license and have a valid National Provider
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• Must be willing and able to travel between locations
