Position Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-conscious individuals to join our remote team as Guest Experience Specialist. In this role, you will help clients create enjoyable vacation experiences by providing personalized assistance, researching possibilities, and coordinating the details needed for their upcoming trips.
This opportunity is a great fit for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, organization, and discovering new destinations. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. New team members receive training, educational resources, and continued support while learning the role.
How You'll Support Clients
- Get to know each traveler's vacation style, preferred dates, destination interests, activities, and spending range, then identify options that fit their plans.
- Research and assist with arranging resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, excursions, tours, and other vacation experiences through approved resources.
- Keep trip details organized by preparing reservation information, confirmations, itineraries, schedules, and relevant pre-travel materials.
- Stay connected with clients throughout the planning process, answer questions, communicate updates, and help with routine adjustments or special requests.
- Verify important reservation details, maintain accurate client information, and expand your knowledge through supplier and destination education.
