Infant Teacher – Early Learning Classroom
The Learning Experience – Lake Linganore / Frederick is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants feel safe, supported, and engaged through responsive caregiving and sensory learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Â Support daily classroom routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 monthsÂ
- Â Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervisionÂ
- Â Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activitiesÂ
- Â Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environmentÂ
- Â Observe and support developmental milestonesÂ
- Â Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and daily progressÂ
- Â Follow Maryland licensing and safety requirementsÂ
Qualifications
- Â Infant/Toddler qualification requiredÂ
- Â Prior infant classroom experience preferredÂ
- Â Strong understanding of infant development and caregiving practicesÂ
- Â Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented approachÂ
- Â Must meet Maryland childcare licensing requirementsÂ
