Licensed Marriage Family Therapist Supervisor

Location: Maryland
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking Maryland clinical supervisors who can provide strong guidance to developing mental health professionals. This role is a good fit for supervisors who enjoy helping clinicians improve their clinical judgment, documentation, ethical decision-making, and confidence in practice.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and professional guidance
Review documentation, treatment plans, ethics, and casework
Support supervisees as they build clinical judgment
Follow Maryland supervision and licensing standards
Maintain clear supervision structure and records

Active Maryland clinical license in good standing
Eligible license types may include Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C)
Must meet Maryland requirements to provide supervision
Prior supervision experience preferred
