The CNC Programmer is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs for machining operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality components.

路 Proficient in CAD (SolidWorks) and CAM (Mastercam 2026) for CNC programming.
路 Generate and maintain CNC programs utilizing Mastercam 2026.
路 Verify new CNC programs prior to release to the shop floor.
路 Provide daily operator support on HAAS machines in the form of CNC programming and troubleshooting on the production floor.
路 Support and optimize automation systems, including Universal Robots (UR).
Manage and maintain tooling dispensing machines to support efficient production.
路 Develop and maintain production fixtures.
路 Collaborate with cross-functional engineering departments to support NPI, resolve manufacturing challenges and enhance safety, quality and cost.
路 Monitor and improve CNC cycle times and machine utilization.
Physical Requirements of the job include:
路 Frequent standing and walking in a manufacturing environment.聽
路 Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.聽
路 Ability to use computers, machine interfaces, measuring equipment, and hand tools.聽
路 Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, safety footwear, and other required protective equipment.聽
路 Exposure to a manufacturing environment including noise, machine operation, metal chips, lubricants, and coolants.

Requirements
- 聽Proficiency with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.聽
- Proficiency with CAM software, preferably Mastercam.聽
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters.聽
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.聽
- Experience troubleshooting machining and programming issues.聽
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.聽
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.聽
- Ability to work directly with operators and production personnel to improve manufacturing processes.
- Must be able to speak, read, write English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position.

Previous experience required is 3-5 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing or machining environment. In addition, it would be beneficial if candidates also have the following:
- Experience programming HAAS CNC machine controls.
- Experience with vertical milling operations.
- Experience with Universal Robots (UR) and manufacturing automation.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with tooling management systems and tooling dispensers.
