As our Marketing Strategist, you’ll help bring the ThompsonGas story to life. You’ll support projects and campaigns that build brand awareness, engage customers, and connect with the communities we serve. You’ll play a key role in coordinating day-to-day marketing activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly across print and in-person channels.

Essential Job Duties:
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with company strategies, like enhancing customer experience and digital harmonization
- Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including digital, web, email, social media, events, and other marketing efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategiesÂ
- Manage campaign execution from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with goals
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications, maintaining a customer-centric, community-focused, and approachable voice
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projectsÂ
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations for future initiativesÂ
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practicesÂ
- Use the given tools, such as Tableau Dashboards, Google Analytics, etc. to track campaign performance and assist in reporting and presentations
- Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and task listsÂ
Education and Experience:
- Experience with campaign planning, audience targeting, and segmentation
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics and performance measurement
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Constant Contact, etc.)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Understanding of how various marketing channels work together in an integrated strategyÂ
- Detail-oriented team player who thrives in a results-driven environmentÂ
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, approachable styleÂ
- Curious and creative, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiencyÂ
- Experience working within brand guidelines and maintaining consistency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of marketing experience in the marketing field, some experience in the energy or oil and gas industry preferred
- Proven experience managing campaigns and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

The intended base pay range for this role is $65,000 to $72,000. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related qualifications (such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience), location, and/or schedule. Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered.Â
