• Partner with leadership on firm-wide strategy, growth, and expansion

Financial Management & Accountability:
• Own and drive full P&L performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
• Create financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support growth and expansion decisions
• Ensure financial accountability across departments by linking operational performance to revenue outcomes
• Use KPIs, dashboards, and data to drive decision-making and improve performance

Multi-Office Operations & Coordination:
• Oversee operations across Frederick, Miami, San Diego, Baltimore, and DC offices
• Standardize processes and ensure consistency in execution and client experience
• Build scalable infrastructure to support continued growth

Leadership Team Management & Development:
• Facilitate collaboration between Legal Director, Deputy Ops Manager, Office Administrator, and HR
• Build and scale teams from the ground up where needed
• Establish clear accountability structures, performance expectations, and KPIs tied to outcomes

Human Resources Strategy & Culture:
• Partner with HR Manager on strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

Technology Strategy & Systems Optimization:
• Own firm-wide technology strategy and infrastructure decisions
• Implement systems and automation to improve efficiency, reporting, and scalability
• Drive process improvements across intake, case management, and client lifecycle
