Description:

Summary:

STULZ USA, a global leader in mission-critical infrastructure cooling technologies, is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Product Manager to help drive internal coordination, streamline product-related communication, and ensure the seamless execution of product initiatives. This role will be instrumental in managing cross-functional collaboration within the U.S. and globally, ensuring product knowledge is centralized and actionable across teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical, application, or electrical engineering, combined with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a structured approach to project execution. This role requires working closely with another Product Manager to align on priorities and ensure smooth execution of product-related initiatives. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence for collaboration. Travel to select industry trade shows is also expected.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal execution and coordination, ensuring key teams (sales, engineering, procurement, application, support, and customer service) stay aligned on product initiatives.
  • Track and follow up on project statuses, ensuring progress remains on schedule and identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Centralize product-related knowledge, streamlining communication between internal teams and ensuring the right information reaches the right stakeholders at the right time.
  • Analyze product performance and market data, compiling insights to support decision-making and continuous product improvement.
  • Improve internal processes and documentation, enhancing efficiency in product lifecycle management.
  • Support trade show execution, ensuring a strong and well-coordinated presence.
  • Work closely with the other Product Manager to ensure alignment on priorities and seamless execution of product development and market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or a related technical field); HVAC industry experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or application support within a technical industry.
  • Strong project coordination and leadership skills, with a proven ability to drive alignment across teams.
  • Structured problem solver with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and strong ownership mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective internal collaboration and knowledge transfer.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, CRM, and SAP.
  • In-office presence required for collaboration, with flexibility as needed.
  • Ability to travel domestically (<20%) for trade shows and factory visits.
  • Valid passport & clean driver’s license, with the ability to pass customer site security screenings.
