We are seeking a QA Training Specialist. This role will perform a wide variety of technical duties to support training and operations. This role is responsible for coordinating, delivering, tracking, and assisting in the management of the Training Program to ensure personnel training remains compliant at Agilent Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver training programs including onboarding (NEO), GMP, and GDP training

  • Develop and maintain training plans across departments to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Maintain employee training records and files, including data entry in Learning Management Systems (TMS/LMS)

  • Support audit readiness and participate in internal and external audits

  • Assist with document preparation for client and regulatory audits.

  • Assign and manage training plans for employees, contractors, and temporary workers

  • Evaluate and improve training materials and program effectiveness

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to support training needs and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support SOP training, review processes, and quality system alignment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Secondary Education

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS/TMS)

  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance

Desired:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environment preferred

  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $74,560.00 - $116,500.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
