Job DetailsJob Location: CC Maryland - Frederick, MD 21704Position Type: SeasonalEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 HourlyJob Overview: The Seasonal Field Service Helper plays a key role in assisting with the seasoned field tech with installation and repairs for automatic pool covers. Position Essential Functions and Responsibilities: To be successful in this role, the individual must perform the following essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Essential Functions: Assist in diagnosing and repairing automatic pool cover systems, addressing issues as indicated on service requests. Gather the necessary tools and equipment in preparation for each service job. Help in completing service documentation accurately, including recording all work performed and parts/components used. Provide professional, courteous service to customers always, ensuring a positive experience. Secondary Functions: Aid in ensuring the company vehicle is stocked with necessary parts and tools for the day’s service jobs. Help in maintaining a clean and organized service vehicle and work area. Other duties as assigned. This position may require occasional overnight travel, depending on project or business needs. Education and/or Experience: To perform this role effectively, the individual must have the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver’s license required.
