Assistant Crew Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable Assistant Crew Leader to support our Crew Leaders and help keep jobs running smoothly. This position is for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role and take on more responsibility over time.

You will assist in managing the crew day-to-day and step in to lead when the Crew Leader is out.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Crew Leader with daily job execution
• Help keep the crew organized and working efficiently
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Perform all landscaping tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, etc.)
• Help train and guide crew members
• Step in and lead the crew when the Crew Leader is absent
• Help maintain equipment and keep tools in good condition
• Support accurate job tracking and daily tickets

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping (required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Leadership mindset and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to follow direction and also lead when needed
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
