We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Business Analyst. This is a full time, permanent position, based in our Fredericksburg, VA office.
Job Description
The selected candidate will:
- Evaluate branch business results and provide recommendations to improve.
- Develop reporting to highlight business performance and assist management in decision making.
- Help design, document and maintain branch sales and service processes to improve revenue and profitability.
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.Â
- Identify business trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to management for action.Â
- Responsible for developing business cases for improvements and initiatives.
- Responsible for gathering the necessary data and completing statistical analysis of business processes
Required Qualifications
The successful candidate’s background will include:Â
- High School Diploma required; college degree required, technical field preferred
- 5+ years of experienceÂ
- Good communication skills/phone skills required
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- SAP experience preferred
- Physical attendance at the worksite as required
