We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial, production or service environment to fill the position of Entry-to-Mid Level Mechanic (Junior - Mechanic I) for our growing team in Fredericksburg, VA.

The selected candidate will:

  • Assemble Custom Systems: Work in collaborative teams, paired alongside experienced mechanics to build custom compressed air enclosures.

  • Work with Specialty Equipment: Operate pipe threading machines, electric conduit benders, overhead cranes and other shop equipment to assemble high quality components.

  • Handle Electrical Setup: Bend and install conduit using electric and hand benders. Install essential electrical components including switches, lights, disconnects, and control panels. 

  • Perform Mechanical Assembly: Precision cut, fit, and install compressed air piping, steel plate, unistrut channel, and ductwork.



Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include: 

  • High school diploma

  • Basic mechanical skills, mechanical aptitude.

  • Reading and understanding of blueprints, preferred, but not required

  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring, preferred, but not required.

  • Forklift experience preferred, but not required

  • Familiarity with rigging and the operation of overhead cranes preferred, but not required

  • Good communication skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Regular physical attendance at the worksite.

Work hours and environment:

  • 7:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday

  • Heated and air conditioned

  • Company provided tools

  • Company provided uniforms

  • Safety shoe allowance

This is an hourly position, with a range of $20-$30. Title level and salary to commensurate with experience.
