Handy Man Needed

OHA HVAC, Plumbing, Chimney & Fireplaces is in need of a handyman to help on jobs.  
The following skills are needed:
Drywall, Basic Framing, Painting

This is a job for someone that likes to learn new skills.  We will teach you how to install equipment, wire equipment, basic plumbing, basic electrical and lots of other skills.

Position Title: New Construction / Duct Mechanic

Location: Virginia

Status: Full Time

Number of Positions: 2

Qualifications

· Must be U.S. Citizen

· Must pass a background check once hired

· Must have a minimum of 2 years of Duct experience

· Possess good oral communication skills

· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.

· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.

· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.

· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.

Responsibilities

· Construction work with an emphasis on ductwork

· Show up on time.

· Do the job correctly the first time.

· All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.

Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.

Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work

Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.
