Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Service Lot Porter to join our growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a luxury brand and grow within a professional dealership environment.

As a Service Lot Porter, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from the moment our guests arrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist service advisors
• Greeting customers in the lane
• Be kind and courteous to guest at all times
• Ensure courtesy shuttle is clean at all times
• Shuttle transportation
• Moving and parking vehicles in the lot
• Keep parking lot clean at all times
• Trash removal as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work outdoors and remain active throughout the day
• Availability to work some Saturdays
