Qualifications

Job responsibility:

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify needs
• Build rapport with customers to set up a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Test drives, present vehicle product information, and pricing
• Answer inbound sales calls and respond to internet inquiries
• Meet daily outbound phone and email quota
• Greet customers in the dealerships and on the lot
• Attend sales & product knowledge meetings
• Great customer service skills
• Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Prior car sales or retail experience is advantageous; training will be provided
• Maintain professional business attire and appearance
• Self-starter and ability to be a great team player
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug test)

Job requires:

• Clean driving record
• Must be over the age of 19

Schedule:

• 12-hour shift
• Weekend availability
