Drug Free & EOE QualificationsQualifications: Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions CPR Certified Previous managerial experience (preferred) Experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Rehab/Memory Care preferred Exceptional leadership, clinical and customer service skills Strong commitment to resident centered care and innovative care delivery Ability to motivate, build caring relationships, and communicate effectively A caring heart with a strong desire to make a difference in our patients’ lives
