About the Role

We are looking for an experienced commercial landscape laborer to join our team. This position is for someone who already understands the pace and expectations of commercial work and takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

If you’re reliable, work hard without being micromanaged, and can keep up with a crew, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform all general landscaping tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, cleanup)
• Work efficiently as part of a crew on commercial properties
• Follow direction from Crew Leaders and Assistant Crew Leaders
• Maintain clean, professional-looking properties
• Help keep equipment clean and in good working condition
• Show up on time and ready to work every day

What We’re Looking For

• Previous commercial landscaping experience (required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work at a steady, productive pace
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Team player with a positive attitude
