Job DetailsJob Location: 1 Cap America Drive - Fredericktown, MO 63645Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.00 HourlyPosition Summary:  Working as a team with others to produce various styles of knit caps. Fast paced and detail oriented.  Maintain highest acceptable quality in process and finished product.   Essential Functions:     Carefully reviews paper work for daily orders that include details such as; quantities, colors, due dates, and if any specific notes that may be shown. Lifting, Pulling, shoving, and pushing boxes that weigh 10-75lbs. Placing caps and scarves on a turning board and turning inside out, measuring for accuracy, and stacking in consistent piles to take to sewing department. Cutting fringe into specific measurements, counting for inventory. Inspects final product for accuracy before taking to next step. Perform other duties as requested.      Qualifications: Must have the ability to work closely with other people.  Must be punctual and have a positive work attitude.
