Job DetailsJob Location: 1 Cap America Drive - Fredericktown, MO 63645Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.00 HourlyPosition Summary:  Working as a team with others to produce various styles of knit caps. Fast paced and detail oriented.  Maintain highest acceptable quality in process and finished product.   Essential Functions:   Carefully reviews paper work for daily orders that include details such as; quantities, colors, due dates, and if any specific notes that may be shown. Lifting, Pulling, shoving, and pushing boxes that weigh 10-75lbs. Place spools of thread, cord, or other materials on spindles, insert bobbins, and thread ends through machine guides and components. Position items under needles, using marks on machines, clamps, templates, or cloth as guides. Guide garments or garment parts under machine needles and presser feet to sew parts together. Maintaining quality of the knit, assuring measurements, sizes, and sew lines are accurate. Working at a fast pace to ensure daily production goals is met. Perform other duties as requested.      Qualifications: Must have the ability to work closely with other people.  Must be punctual and have a positive work attitude. The ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position.
