Join our team and help us build in 2026! In this role, you’ll work as a primary Quality Assurance resource for inspection of all incoming products. You'll have the opportunity to design and recommend processes for efficient and quality manufacturing. You'll work closely with both domestic and international suppliers to ensure the highest level of quality for the customer. These products are designed to delight the customer and are secured at competitive levels for cost, quality, and delivery.               Â

What you bring to the table:Â
- Lead Supplier performance improvement initiatives
- Lead ISO Internal Auditor
- Responsible for contacting suppliers on quality issues
- Approve SCARs, tracking Supplier improvements implementations and supplier improvement plans to ensure eradication of quality issues
- Oversee and provide guidance on supplier’s APAP launch process
- Maintain metrics on Supplier quality
- Perform Supplier quality system assessment
- Provide final supplier PPAP approval
- Collaborate with MRB/RTV to help obtaining return authorizations from Suppliers and proper disposition of materials
- Ensure proper Supplier chargebacks as necessary
- Routinely travel to both domestic and international Customers/Suppliers
- Manage supplier information and the print change process for suppliers
- Assist the Quality Lab as required
- Perform all other duties as assigned
 Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent/related technical degree preferred
- HS Diploma, ISO experience and at least 5 years of work experience in quality assurance required
- Proficiency to manage multiple concurrent projects across various stakeholder teams
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results aligned with the business objectives
- Communication proficiency to negotiate supplier improvements and monitor supplier performance
- Able to travel both domestically and internationally up to 50% as needed
