Job Overview

We are hiring Machine Operators to join a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This hands-on position involves operating and supporting die casting machinery, performing basic machine maintenance, and ensuring quality production in a safe, team-oriented environment.

Shift Schedule

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Note: Mandatory overtime may be required. The facility is currently operating 7 days per week, offering consistent hours and additional earning potential.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor die cast manufacturing equipment
Load aluminum ingots into production machines
Perform basic machine maintenance, including lubrication, oiling, and cleaning
Remove metal shavings using compressed air tools
Conduct visual quality inspections of finished parts
Perform minor finishing work, including filing and deburring
Remove scrap material and maintain a clean, organized work area
Transport finished products to staging areas
Cross-train in multiple production areas as needed
Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, twisting, and lifting
Comfortable working in a warm, noisy industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Excellent attendance and reliability

Preferred:

High school diploma or GED
Mechanical aptitude or experience operating industrial machinery
Positive attitude and ability to work well on a team
