About the Role:

Join Hometown Building Center as a Millwork/Assembler and be part of a dedicated team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with wood products and contribute to projects that shape our community.

Responsibilities:

Assemble millwork products including doors, windows, and trim with precision.
Utilize hand and power tools to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Inspect finished products for quality and conformity to specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately.
Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in assembly.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
