Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a Junior Cyber Analyst to conducts all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign government open-source materials within established security protocols.  Analyzes foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepares in-depth analysis of the tactics, techniques, procedures, and malware used by advanced persistent threat actors identified in the National Defense Strategy (NDS), assessing their threat to USTRANSCOM Command and Control of the Joint Deployment Distribution Enterprises
  • Produces intelligence assessments to support the Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs).
  • Coordinates assessments with appropriate national, regional and service agencies.
  • Researches, assesses and analyzes raw and finished intelligence products used to conduct intelligence analysis in the cyber domain.  This includes maintaining proficiency on established transportation intelligence methodologies and applying analysis in accordance with those methodologies.
  • Uses established intelligence systems to conduct analysis.
  • Provide completed analysis to USTRANSCOM planners, USTRANSCOM component commands, and other DOD customers in the established format.
  • Disseminates data and analytics related to transportation using established intelligence systems and databases.
  • Applies understanding of the intelligence cycle and related DOD publications governing intelligence support to military and cyberspace operations.
  • Identifies, coordinates, and revises USTRANSCOM intelligence collection requirements to support Command's CCIRs and PIRs.
  • Establishes EEIs based on the PIRs for collection requirements.
  • Monitors intelligence reporting to ensure USTRANSCOM requirements are satisfied.
  • Evaluate reporting and provide feedback using established systems.
  • Identifies intelligence gaps in reporting and submits standing and ad hoc collection requirements to fill the gaps

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Cyber/ Intelligence analysis.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree can substitute for professional experience
  • Active TS/SCI with a Counterintelligence Polygraph
  • Proficiency in using intelligence tools and software for data collection and analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage and excel under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times
