Raceway Nissan is hiring experienced, driven automotive sales professionals for our Freehold locations. We are looking for proven producers who know how to build relationships, follow a process, and close business. A generous sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
Conduct professional test drives and product presentations
Follow up with internet leads, unsold showroom traffic, and previous customers
Use the CRM consistently to manage opportunities and future business
Prospect for new customers and referrals
Meet or exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications:

Automotive sales experience preferred
Proven sales performance and strong closing ability
Competitive, coachable, self-motivated, and accountable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Evenings and Saturday availability required

Compensation

Commission, monthly bonuses, performance incentives, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Actual earnings depend on individual performance and experience.
