We are looking for a self-starter who enjoys meeting and helping others to fill the role of part-time Customer Service Specialist at our Belvidere Illinois office. Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities Include:

• Being able to communicate with professionalism and empathy while supporting customers and teammates.
• Owning the customer experience with a focus on positive outcomes.
• Performing operational activities such as helping customers and processing transactions.
• Possessing common sense, people skills.
• Willing to pitch in and work for the good of the team.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to train the right candidate.
• Some banking preferred.

Schedule:

• Part-time, consistent hours and scheduling.
• Schedule flexibility available.
• Includes Saturday morning hours.
