LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Our team at Crystal Springs in Assonet, MA is on the hunt for a considerate, understanding, and energetic person to become our new full-time LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse! This highly rewarding nursing position helps take care of people with disabilities and supports them along their health and wellness journeys. PAY & PERKS

When you join us as an LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse, you receive a sign-on bonus of up to $6,000 and a base pay of $40 - $43/hour. With a $9 evening/overnight incentive, $10 weekend incentive, and even $1/hr more if you successfully complete an IV Care Certification, you could make up to $54/hour!

We have three shifts available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Be ready to work every other weekend and every other holiday.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

Here are the minimum requirements:

• Current, valid Massachusetts LPN license
• Proven LPN experience in a healthcare setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
• Valid driver's license
• Heart for working with people with developmental disabilities
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
