About the Role:

Stillwater Industries LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping Clerk to join our team in East Freetown, MA. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in our daily operations, ensuring products move accurately and efficiently from our facility to customers. Responsibilities:

Prepare, package, and label outbound shipments accurately and efficiently
Process shipping orders using shipping software and carrier systems (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)
Verify shipment contents against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries
Maintain organized records of all outgoing shipments and tracking information
Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper handling of all materials
Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization as needed

Requirements:

Prior experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or logistics preferred
Familiarity with shipping platforms such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order verification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or inventory management systems
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
High school diploma or GED required
