General Work Scope Inclusions
1. Provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to complete the work indicated herein and as directed by Graham site supervision. Note: most of this building is being utilized as a Laboratory and needs to be cleaned to those standards.
o Final Cleaning all rooms including, but not limited to:
▪ Wiping down all walls, doors, base boards
▪ Cleaning of all cabinetry
▪ Cleaning all floors
o Interior and exterior glass surfaces and windowsills.
o In areas without ceilings (106, 111, 112. 113, 202, 203, 209, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, 232) wipe down all ductwork, piping, lights, etc.
o Clean all restrooms. Including polishing of Stainless-steel partitions, cleaning mirrors, lockers, showers, etc.
o Power wash the exterior of the building, including sidewalks
o Final Cleaning shall be in accordance with Section 017700 of the Project Manual.
2. Daily cleanup of work and work area to dumpsters. Dumpsters provided by others.
