What You鈥檒l Do

As a Medical Office Specialist, you鈥檒l support daily front office operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient.

路 Answer and manage incoming phone calls as needed

路 Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently

路 Verify and update patient information in the medical record

路 Collect co-pays and patient payments

路 Assist patients with payment plan processes

路 Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff

路 Support billing and administrative workflows

路 Help maintain an organized and positive front office environment

What We鈥檙e Looking For

Required Qualifications:

路 High School Diploma or equivalent

路 Strong computer and data entry skills

路 Excellent communication and customer service skills

路 Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

路 Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accuracy

路 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

路 Experience working in a medical office, clinic, dental office, hospital, banking, retail, hospitality, or customer service setting

路 Familiarity with medical terminology or insurance processes

路 Experience working with diverse populations and fast-paced environments

路 Fluent in English and Spanish

Physical Requirements

路 Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

路 Occasional bending, lifting, and reaching (up to 35 lbs)

路 Manual dexterity for operating office equipment (computer, phone, copier)

路 Adequate vision and hearing to perform job duties
