Job DetailsJob Location: Midland University - Fremont, NE 68025  Midland University, a private, faith-based, liberal arts university in Fremont, Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha), is seeking a graduate assistant for the Warrior Supply Company. The Retail Store Assistant supports the daily operations of the Warrior Supply Co. This role is responsible for ensuring the store is organized, clean, and running efficiently while providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff.     Admissions Counselor & Events Specialist Department: Undergraduate Admissions Reports To: Associate Vice President for Undergraduate Enrollment Status: Full-Time, hourly The Admissions Counselor & Events Specialist combines student recruitment with leadership of key Admissions events and the Midland Ambassador program. This position manages a Presidential recruitment caseload and an assigned travel territory while coordinating high-impact events that engage prospective students, families, and school partners. The role serves as a key connector between student recruitment, campus events, and the Ambassador experience.   Essential Responsibilities   Admissions & Recruitment Manage an assigned student caseload. Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, families, school counselors, and community partners. Maintain an assigned travel territory as the key Midland representative present at college fairs and high school visits hosted within those schools. Conduct recruitment visits, presentations, campus appointments, and events. Maintain consistent student communication, follow-up, and Slate documentation.   Ambassador Program Leadership Lead the coordination and day-to-day operations of the Midland Ambassador program. Recruit, train, communicate with, and support Ambassadors in their roles as representatives of Midland University. Coordinate Ambassador programming, engagement opportunities, and recruitment assignments.   Event Planning & Execution Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key Admissions events and programs. Serve as a trusted partner across campus through the collaboration necessary to host various sized events for prospective students. Qualifications
