Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform and its multiple software components and applications for our People (HR) Team.
- Contribute to the management of ongoing Salesforce features and functionality and guide the work of our Salesforce Lifecycle software development team.
- Lead cross-functional teams towards predictable execution without supervision and partners with vendors and engineering teams to implement solutions that drive business value.
- Participate in hands-on development and configuration of HR applications including Onboarding and Movement.
- Influence enhancements and new information technology and software development projects to improve the product and end user experience.
- Imagine innovative products and solutions that solve complex business problems fully leveraging our technology stack.
- Ensure Salesforce platform uptime reliability and define and analyze operational metrics that inform the success of products.
- Responsible for application support and configuration for multiple applications within a business function.
- Implement Salesforce applications and integrate systems with the Salesforce platform.
- Exercise independent judgment and data-driven problem solving approach, demonstrate leadership analyzing and reporting our root cause analysis, proactively escalate trending issues.
- Influence decisions with related teams and customers, maintain effective communications and interface with senior leadership.
- Provide input to road map, suggest features for applications, and work with vendors and engineering to implement.
- Define metrics to measure product success, identify and implement solutions that improve customer experience.
- Have a deep technical understanding of software applications and business process, product architecture and integrations, understanding of cross application dependencies and workflows.
- Responsible for operations of compensation tool and performance cycle tool.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Software, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or in an analytics or computer-related occupation
- Requires 5 years of experience in the following:
- Implementing Salesforce Applications
- Integrating systems with third-party service vendors
- SFDC architect with advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Working with internal and external stakeholders and users
- Using Flow Builder, Process Builder, Omni-channel, entitlement, or other out-of-the-box solutions
$252,212/year to $266,310/year + bonus + equity + benefits
