Family-owned and operated since 2001, over the years we have grown to 6 warehouses that service over 1800 customers, across 62,000 square miles.

ROLE SUMMARY:


The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales operations within a designated territory. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring supplier satisfaction and goals are obtained.


  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Meet supplier and Eagle sales goals. 


QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Sales or Business
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in sales, or retail experience as Branch Ops or Sales manager preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong customer service skills
