We offer full-time benefits, 10 paid holidays, no weekend hours and so much more!   We are looking to hire a Charge Nurse with at least 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience to provide clinical oversight, coordination, and daily operational management of all nursing staff. This role ensures efficient patient flow, adherence to clinical protocols, and high standards of patient care across the nursing department.   The Charge Nurse works closely with the Assistant Medical Director to support staffing operations, manage daily nursing workflow, and maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices.    This position serves as the primary leader on the nursing floor, providing guidance, training, supervision, and operational coordination ensuring effective delivery of patient care.   What You’ll Do: ✅ Oversee and direct daily nursing operations ✅ Manage nurse schedule to ensure coverage ✅ Assist with patient flow to maintain efficiency ✅ Performs assessments and evaluations of nursing staff ✅ Performs inventory and ordering ✅ Adheres to all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines   What We’re Looking For: ✅ Active Ohio Registered Nursing License ✅ Must have current driver’s license, and provide proof of valid auto insurance ✅ Current Basic Life Support Certification ✅ Computer experience required ✅ Must be able to multi-task ✅ Excellent oral and written communication skills ✅ Must be well organized and detail oriented ✅ Must be able to work with a culturally diverse group of people   What We Offer: ✅ Competitive Pay ✅ 10 Paid Holidays ✅ Paid Vacation and Sick Time ✅ Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match ✅ Health Care Benefit ✅ Positive Work Environment   CHS is dedicated to providing a healthy environment for our patients, families and staff.
