Description

This person will be joining a metal fabrication manufacturing company which supports the electronics, medical, aerospace, food and semiconductor industries as a Controller. Responsibilities: Development of Monthly and Annual Budgets and Variance Reports. Preparation of monthly and Annual Internal and external Financial Statements (timeliness is critical). Year-end Statements must be prepared in compliance with GAAP (any exceptions must be clearly identified). Coordinate Annual Audit and Tax Preparation with our Financial Auditors. Maintain all Personnel procedures and records in accordance with State and Federal requirements (including those of the DOW, DHS and Aero Space industry standards), maintain the employee Handbook and ensure personnel understanding, implementation and compliance with TriFab HR procedures. Coordinate HR Software and Records with IT Systems ensuring that all required HR Information and Records are captured and maintained. Document, Implement and Enforce a system of internal controls. Maintain Training Records and ensure required training is scheduled and conducted. Prepare Regulatory Compliance and Information Reports (including census reports). Respond to Regulatory Agency and Tax Authority Information Requests (must be on time). Manage Payables and Line of Credit borrowing. Manage Receivables and Payroll Maintain and reconcile Banking Statements and Signatories Participate in Management programs to maintain Cyber Security systems. Assist in developing required banking relationships. Advise the Board of the 401 K program.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
