SUMMARY OF POSITION:

 POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN FREMONT, CA AND PHOENIX, AZ 

Strategic, hands‑on customer leader responsible for the overall management, health, and growth of FMI’s largest and most complex customer relationship of a highly successful Fortune 500 company.

Serves as the primary executive interface for all operational, commercial, and strategic matters, ensuring FMI delivers exceptional performance across quality, delivery, responsiveness, and collaboration. Leads cross‑functional alignment across multiple FMI facilities, drives escalation management, and champions the voice of the customer throughout the organization.

  • Own and grow strategic customer relationships
    • Serve as the executive sponsor for key accounts, building trusted, long‑term relationships at senior client levels to drive retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
    • Create and maintain multi‑year account strategies aligned to client business goals, identifying growth opportunities, risks, and measurable success outcomes.
  • Drive revenue growth and account expansion
    • Lead initiatives to increase wallet share through renewals, upsells, cross‑sells, and new business opportunities within existing strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional delivery
    • Partner with sales, operations, product, finance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution, issue resolution, and consistent value delivery to clients.
  • Monitor account performance and health
    • Track KPIs such as revenue, margin, satisfaction, and retention; proactively address challenges and ensure strategic accounts remain profitable and engaged.
  • Act as voice of the customer internally
    •  Represent strategic account needs and insights to internal stakeholders, influencing roadmap priorities, service enhancements, and go‑to‑market strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in customer‑facing, operations‑driven, or supply‑chain‑focused roles supporting complex manufacturing environments.
  • Must be highly skilled in executive communication, data‑driven decision‑making, and mentoring high‑performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing large, strategic customer accounts; semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Semiconductor industry or other manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
