Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Monitors and delegates meals and rest periods to accommodate the shift Responsible for productivity of employees working in Backend and Inventory Control stations. Manage resources to ensure ongoing workflow Review process flow and update ISO spec Manage SOD commitment in Backend Manage exceptions and urgent lot shipment Secondary support for Backend & Inventory Control Execute customer requested inventories audit Prepare Inventory cycle counts Review customer documentations and label generation for FT, Wafer and “Tape and Reel, and Label buyoff. Review work order for outsource Perform serialization, physical lot split/merge, system split/soft close /downgrade, Support Check in/Check out Moving lots to IQA/Backend/OQA Support Stock take for FGI/WIP/Rejects Support Customer Audit Assist CS request through email or phone or TFS Withdrawal/ update deposit tray inventories, Tape and Reel Material Support FGI pull for shipment (split/seal/repack) Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises employees in Back-end and Inventory Control departments. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
