Job DetailsJob Location: Main - Fremont, OH 43420Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeSalary Range: $80,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: DayCommunity Health Services is looking for a full-time LISW or LPCC responsible for providing evidence-based counseling and mental health assessments to adult and pediatric patients.  This position requires comprehensive assessments, documentation in the electronic health record, and collaboration with team members and community agencies.    Office hours are Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays! Excellent salary and benefits including vacation time, paid holidays and employer matched 401K.
